Add a teaspoon of bicarbonate (either sodium or potassium) to bring the GH up while you're cycling, and do so if it drops again. Disslove it in some water before adding, don't just add crystals/powder. ;)
Don't do it when you have fish, it'll balance with the weekly water changes. ;)

I believe that P may have meant "KH" rather than "GH" ?

[I have added P's delightful neologism to the Vale! Dictionary of the Engl(ish) Language and appended it to the appropriate list of synonyms below 'unfriend']

Thanks for that @Vale!......
It should probably only have one "s" if it was spelt properly as a neologism (and yes, I did have to look it up).....unless that's where "diss" comes from.... ;) :D :rolleyes:

"DISSOLVE" not "disslove".... ;)

Disslove = dissolve

I often type some letters of a word the wrong way around, not intentionally but the fingers are quite fast, too fast on occasions.
I put it down to age ..
