So … I had goldfish eggs. I removed the eggs and put them in a Tupperware and floated the Tupperware in my quarantine tank. Every day I take this tub out and check eggs for signs of life.

Well today I saw signs of life and got all excited. Got my magnifying glass and got a huge shock. Microscopic bugs bouncing around in the water. Can only see magnified. I am horrified. Where gave they come from and what do I do ?

Looking up online almost certain they are copepods 😩😩😩

Don’t think there is any. Nothing in the eggs.

Where have these come from ? Does this mean they could be in all my tanks ?

Even if they are, they're really nutritious. Live food is great, so I'd welcome them in my tanks.

You can have them all. I don't do bugs even if they are microscopic and I can't see them. Once seen you KNOW they are in there. YAK !!! And I put my hands in there !!!
