How do you post video clips?

I’ve just tried posting a short video clip from my phone camera roll, but when I go to the photo library to post, it only gives me the option of posting my still pics and doesn’t even show the clips.
Do I need to change the format or something? 🤔

I may be wrong but I don't believe you can upload videos directly to this forum... The videos I've seen always seem to be a link to YouTube etc.

I upload them to YouTube then post a link
