Is this white spot

I noticed this on my cardinal. It's not eating and staying on its own. Is it white spot as in not sure. I've lost about 7 cardinals in the past week

I’m not sure on what it exactly is but it isnt white spot. White spot shows up like small grains of salt on the body or fins
To the tune of “the saints go marching in”:

White spot is little white spots. This looks like it could be Columnaris, but I’ve never seen it quite like this before.

Did the others look the same, and stop eating before they died?
