@BalloonMolly, to add, from experience get yourself a TDS meter, you'll find it very helpful and so much easier to monitor your RO/Tap water levels.

These are not expensive and found online or in Aquatic stores.

Get a more active mouse by buying it a new excercise wheel..... ;)

Another of the remainders has begun to "shimmy" and isolate itself. It's colour is still really good though and they've all been eating well, parameters are still good (barring the high hardness).

Will keep updating especially because I'm hoping to figure out what's going on.
