Ouch….take care of yourself and definitely a proponent of in-home alarms for single people, disabled or otherwise vulnerable.
240L Fluval Roma with Oase 600 Biomaster: 9 adult and multiple young Emperor tetra, 1 German red bristlenose, 2 male cherry barbs, 6 standard rummynose, 2 golden rummynose tetra, 10 cardinal tetra, 2 hengeli rasbora, 3 nerite snails, multiple Sulawesi snails.

My late father had Careline phone fitted in his house with personal alarm pendent that he wore around his heck.

If you do get one, please don't be afraid to use it, even if you press it accidentally or struggling get of the bed, out the bath or off the toliet, they're always there for you.

2019, my silly 83 year old Dad had a serious fall and laid there on the floor bleeding from a head wound. He couldn't get up and was stuck there for nearly five hours until the afternoon carer came in.

He had his pendent on but didn't use it because he said "he did not want to be a burden to anyone" 🙄
