Went to my lfs and saw some female koi fighters, never seen females this colour before so I bought a few, very peaceful even with each other.

Are beta's prone to bloat? two out of five have bloat and are quite lethargic and generally not moving about like they used to do, I have stopped feeding them for now not sure what else to do.

Overfeeding can cause it, what have you been feeding them?

What else do you have in there?

If there's now just one fish, I'd feed a small amount one or twice a week. :]

If at first you don't succeed....
...get someone else to do it! :D

Enjoy your fish, shrimps and snails!

They are beautiful, I’m on the hunt for more females. I have 2 plakat female and two smaller dumbo female in my community tank, I’m obsessed, also have a feisty female in a separate tank as she can’t be trusted and a crowntail male and a koi longfin male. I seem to make tanks just for fighters
