It happens Ian :D
I recently (during the heatwave) forgot plug the heater back in on the 180l. Didnt realise until one day (once it had cooled down), when Mallory was a bit sluggish and looking a little off colour. On checking the temp had dropped to 21C from around 24C. She did perk back up, but she still hasn’t forgiven me for it ROFL

Yes, but don't you feel bl***y stupid afterwards though...... :D
I think all's not too bad, the pandas are dancing this evening. Haven't seen Grumpy since yesterday, but his wafer has gone tonight (although that could always be the guppies that eat everything that goes in.... ).

Sad day today.
Went to turn lights on on the "gossei tank", saw a dead emperor.
Took lid off to clear up and water change, found another two emperors and the C48 stuck behind the filter. I think the flow had taken here and she'd caused an ammonia spike which did for the emperors. :(
I may run this tank down for a while, move the remaining 12 emperors to the Trigon and the 3 Gossei to the "guppy tank" - I'll see how I feel in a few weeks when I've made sure there's not a problem.
If at first you don't succeed....
...get someone else to do it! :D

Enjoy your fish, shrimps and snails!
Ian
