Both female, unless its the gold bodied variant.
Best way to tell is females have black front edges to their ventral fins, they can have some colour in their other fins but its not as pronounced or as much as males. Males also tend to be silver bodied and much bigger than females (sometimes twice the size), and have colour/pattern as well as extensions on their fins.
Here’s my males and females that we have/have had for comparison
Bubba:
Jayne(male, Bubba’s son) and Mallory(female):
Mickey (gold male) and Mallory:
Mallory:
Villanelle (Mickey and Mallory’s daughter):
Nine (Mickey and Mallory’s son):

To the tune of “the saints go marching in”:
Oh fluffy sheep! Oh fluffy sheep! Oh fluffy sheep are wonderful, they’re white Welsh and fluffy! Oh fluffy sheep are wonderful!

Too young to sex then at that size, I woulda thought. And males can hold back their sexual development...
