Well! Another baby seen. This time a tiny Wagtail Sword; so the now-deceased male Swordtail must have had his evil ways with both the Platy and the Female Wagtail Sword!. I wonder how many more are hiding in the greenery?

This is the fish that appeared between my panda garra. I don’t know where from. Or is it a youth stage?

That looks rather like a tench (Tinca tinca). Does it have a squared tail? Can you get a better picture?

There are only 6 Panda garra and 4 Corydoras aeneus (black) in the aquarium. No other fish. A few months ago I still had aphyosemion gardneri in it. Sometimes there are eggs with slow development. But it is already too big for Gardneri Jungfisch. About 7 cm.
Maybe the Panda Garra are the parents?

The catfish are not predators. A small fish can survive.
