Honey gourami has had a lump on side of body for a few days and now there is a white spot on it where he trying to rub himself on leaves.
Background: had the tank for almost a year. Probably had this honey gourami since May/June 21. Tank 85L. About 20L water change every Sunday. Ammonia and nitrite 0, phosphate 0.25 and nitrate 10. Also had a 6 hour power cut on 20th in storm Eunice (planning to get a battery operated generator) thought worth mentioning. Water tests were all fine after power cut although my nitrate reading today a bit higher than want.
Picture attached. Any advice appreciated.

Sad to say, that looks like one of the symptoms of the dreaded iridovirus.
The fish look more like one of the dwarf colour morphs or hybrids, which are prone to it.
There is (unfortunately) no cure, sorry.

It is actually a T.labiosa (Thick Lipped).
Doubting it is DGD for that reason.
