Hi guys

I rarely post on here but do log on and read with interest!

I have an Oase BioMaster on my tank and I use the spray bar. After a few months of use, it's getting a bit grubby and it's going to be a pain to clean.

Oase include that alternative to a spray bar but as I'm fairly new to all this, I'm not really sure why you would use one over the other but for one thing, it's going to be a lot easier to clean! See link.

Could you possibly let me know if there are any cons to using this different adaptor over the bar? I do use CO2 with an inline diffuser if that has any bearing.

Many thanks

I use the spray bar on my oase.I don’t really find it hard to clean just remove from the flow fitting and clean with a pipe brush.

Have two Eheim spray bar set up, just swap them over at cleaning time. And use an Eheim pipe cleaner:

You could use a Oase Spiral Brush Pipe Cleaner:

These pipe cleaners are really useful, I use the Eheim one to clean the pipes from the filter to the tank from time to time.
