Cory's would be fine, and plecos probably ok, but anything with a larger mouth like a Hoplo would enjoy a snack or two.

Catfish are a huge diverse group, so yes and no.
I don't keep fish, I keep water. Water keeps fish.

Carnivorous plecs will likely eat them.
Corys seem to take no notice, but will probably eat shrimplets.
