I am also rubbish at drawing :D

I will aim to keep a bit at the front clear so I can see what’s going on. Ive got plenty of other tanks I can move errant growth in to. I’ve already got some of those long tweezers so I’ll probably get some long scissors too. Then I can really pretend to know what I’m doing :D

As for substrate it’s sand with quartz over the top. Nothing fancy but I have put some root tabs in for some form of fert at the roots.

I had been playing with the idea of doing a miniature CO2 setup on it but all the nano systems seem pants and not controllable enough.

Not sure a 12l is worth the CO2 route......
If at first you don't succeed....
...get someone else to do it! :D

Nah probably not but if it was cheap and easy to do it would have been a bit of practice before going onto a bigger tank.

We have a couple of CO2 extinguishers in the shed so the idea is rolling around the back of our heads to try it out.
